Pregnancy is a special bonding time as mother and baby grown and change together. With these immense and exciting changes can come common discomforts such as back pain, sciatica, swelling and nausea, as well as feelings of anxiousness or stress. Prenatal yoga teaches participants ways to alleviate discomforts and increase balance and harmony.

Prenatal yoga weaves together the traditional science of yoga and childbirth education, helping mothers learn and trust the normal process of pregnancy, labor and delivery. The fellowship created amongst women during class inspires courage, strength, peace and awareness.

Drop-In classes: November 5th-19th from 5:15-6:15pm; $10/class

GETTING STARTED: Before beginning a new exercise program, it is important to consult your physician concerning safety and precautions. this is especially important during pregnancy. While prenatal yoga promotes health and wellness, there are some conditions that may limit or prevent your participation. Always discuss new or existing conditions with your physician and yoga instructor. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to class and bring with you a yoga mat and blanket. Prior to class you will be asked to read and sign a waiver for participation.
